By creating an account or using GenMap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
GenMap is a hosted tool that crawls websites you own or are authorized to analyze, generates XML sitemaps, and provides SEO reports.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may only crawl websites you own or have permission to crawl. You must not use GenMap to overload third-party servers, bypass access controls, or violate any law or the rights of others.
Plans and payment
Paid plans define limits such as pages per crawl, number of projects and update frequency. Where billing is enabled, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
GenMap and its software are our property. Sitemaps and reports generated from your own websites belong to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO results or search-engine rankings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenMap is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
